We inform you that our order goods do not arrive within the agreed time previously.

    In your letter number 178 / PT-KJ / PB / III / 2014 dated May 20, 2017 order goods we will come no later than the date of 20 February 2017. In fact, goods orders we only arrived on February 24th. That is, the delivery of goods our late booking 5 days from the date specified in your letter.

    This delay is certainly a major impact for our company because our customers expressed to divert its cooperation with other companies. Things like this is a big loss for us.

    Of course, this delay as we did not expect from recurring in the future because if you can not keep the agreement again then unfortunately we had to look for another company as our business partner.
